1. Wild Salmon Education Trunk - Washington Department of
Fish and Wildlife - Project WILD K-12 Education Program at WDFW's Outreach
and Education Services has developed and distributed 30 WILD Salmon Education
trunks throughout the state. These trunks offer educational materials that
describe WDFW's science and work for salmon recovery. These resources target
educators of youth and adults. The trunks contain slides, videos, and overheads
for presentations, games and curriculum that involve arts and crafts with various
visual aids and demonstrations. You will also find laminated displays and binders
filled with information that will help the public understand policies and practices

Federal Junior Duck Stamp Conservation
and Design Program - Enter
the Duck Stamp Art contest sponsored by the US Fish and Wildlife
Service. A finalist is chosen from each state and entered
in the annual National competition. An adult and junior competition
exist with proceeds distributed as follows.
1. Federal Duck Stamp (adult program) - approximately 98 cents of every duck
stamp dollar goes directly into the Migratory Bird Conservation Fund to purchase
wetlands and wildlife habitat for inclusion into the National Wildlife Refuge
System.
2. Junior
Duck Stamp (youth program) - proceeds from the sale support conservation education
and provide awards and scholarships for the students, teachers, and schools

if you do not know how to swim. Take swimming classes at the Lincoln
City pool. A lifeguard is on duty at the Lincoln City pool at the Community
Center.
